L-style SHEEL LOCK

A flight lock item for users of foldable flights.
Like the Champagne Ring, it covers the cross section of the shaft, preventing the following darts from bouncing off when they collide.
Also, there are grooves in four places on the surface of the cap, allowing you to align the edges of the flight and keep the flight angle at 90 degrees.
