Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to a bathtub (approximately 200 liters), mix well, and enjoy your bath.

Himalayan rock salt is a natural salt formed around 4 billion years ago when seawater was trapped on land due to tectonic shifts, leading to the creation of salt lakes. Over time, as water evaporated and concentrated, it crystallized, eventually forming salt layers 380 million years ago. Black salt is believed to have been formed by coming into contact with magma during its formation process, being baked at high temperatures and buried in the Himalayas.
