For new customers placing a reservation~

- If the reservation item has a specified order deadline, please place your order by that date. After expiration, you may not be able to purchase even if the cart is open.

- Even for reservation items, orders are placed with the wholesaler as for the person placing the order, so cancellations after ordering are not possible, so please understand this before ordering.

- For items with a production limit noted, if there are shortages (less incoming stock than ordered), delivery will be based on the order sequence.

- Release dates are subject to change. Especially for overseas manufacturers, delays of several months are common. (For example, Sideshow can delay by about 3 months.)

- Please do not add reservation items to the cart with items that are already released or for special order.

- After receiving your order confirmation email, we will send an email regarding the shipping schedule within 24 hours. If it doesn’t arrive, your email server may be blocking it, so if you do not receive the second confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.

- If you select postal payment for your order, even for items released months later, you must pay the total amount including shipping within a week after ordering, so please understand this. If you have a postal passbook, the shipping cost can be reduced by around 300–1000 yen (for items priced between 100,000–300,000 yen) as there is no cash-on-delivery fee.

- If you choose a credit card for payment, even for items released months later, the payment will be processed at the time of order completion, so for reservations, the charge will occur before delivery (typically 2–3 months prior). If you wish to pay at the time of delivery, please use cash-on-delivery credit, though some items may not be eligible for that option.

- For items other than those currently accepting reservations, items that have been released will be shipped within the same day of order confirmation, and for special orders, domestic and international products (except those marked for overseas direct shipping) will also be shipped within a few days.

- These conditions are similar for special orders. However, please understand that items that have been out for a while post-release may be sold out.
