CAPERTICA is a unisex brand created by a team well-versed in fabric, sewing, pattern making, and design. The items are made using carefully selected high-quality and textured materials, with a concept that combines a slight sense of mode with exquisite relaxation. It is a concept brand by designer Hiroshi Okada, who also develops COLINA de passaros.

The "Suvin Tee" uses premium fabric tightly knitted from soft-twisted Suvin cotton, giving it a substantial feel that is also resistant to transparency. It offers a smooth touch and a simple yet distinctive presence. The silhouette is elongated and relaxed with just the right amount of room in the shoulder and body width, while the length of the body and sleeves is extended to create a balance that perfectly fits the current mood. Additionally, the use of top-and-bottom stitching with inconspicuous seams prevents it from looking too casual and gives it a somewhat classic and elegant atmosphere. The tee is delivered without any washing process to ensure easy home care. Although it is recommended to wash it in a laundry net, some shrinkage can actually add character, making this an item you'll want to "grow into" the more you wear it.

What is "Jewelry Cotton" Suvin Cotton?

Suvin cotton is an extra-long staple cotton developed by crossing the indigenous Indian long-staple cotton SUJATHA with Sea Island cotton (St. VINCENT). The name SUVIN comes from the combination of the initials of these two. It is produced in Tamil Nadu in southern India, in a savanna climate close to desert regions. While many areas lack rich soil, Suvin cotton is cultivated only in a limited part of the Deccan Plateau jungle, called a "miracle land" in India. Suvin cotton has extremely long and delicate fibers and is regarded as the highest-grade cotton in India. Its natural luster and delicate texture often lead it to be compared to silk or cashmere, earning it the nickname "jewelry cotton." Additionally, the raw cotton contains a higher amount of natural oils, giving it a moist and skin-adhering feel. This premium cotton is treated with special care from the moment of harvest. Unlike ordinary cotton picked mechanically, Suvin cotton is always hand-picked to avoid damaging the cotton balls, treasured like a precious gem.
