==== Gokuboso Paper Band Kasuri Dyeing====
This is a "Kasuri-dyed" product of Gokuboso paper bands.
By applying a special dyeing process, it becomes a gentle craft material with a natural texture. The base paper used is a strong, high-quality paper produced in Kochi Prefecture, verified by the Usagiya Collection Colors. The paper band processing follows the traditional steps, carried out skillfully by Japan’s only long-established paper processing company.
Features of Gokuboso paper bands:
① Extremely thin threads (paper-made superfine threads)
② Flexibility and lightness derived from the thin threads
③ Six-thread paper bands are thin
④ Tensile strength of the superfine paper bands is relatively high
⑤ Can withstand detailed weaving work
⑥ Allows trying out new fields of creation
⑦ Lightweight and soft texture of the finished product
⑧ Both base paper and processing are made in Japan
⑨ Width: approximately 2.9 to 3.4 mm / Thickness: approximately 0.2 to 0.3 mm
