==== Gokuboso Paper Band Kasuri Dyeing====
This is a "Kasuri-dyed" product of the Gokuboso paper band.
By applying a special dyeing process, it becomes a gentle handicraft material with a natural texture. The base paper used is a strong high-quality paper produced in Kochi Prefecture, proven by the Usagiya Collection Colors. The paper band processing follows the traditional steps, but it is crafted by the only long-established paper processing company in Japan.
Features of the Gokuboso paper band:
① Extremely thin threads (made of ultra-fine paper threads)
② Flexibility and lightness derived from the fine threads
③ The 6-thread paper band is thin
④ The tensile strength of the ultra-fine paper band is comparatively high
⑤ Can withstand fine weaving work
⑥ Allows for trying out new fields of creation
⑦ Finished products are lightweight and have a soft touch
⑧ Both the base paper and processing are made in Japan
⑨ Width: approximately 2.9 to 3.4 mm, Thickness: approximately 0.2 to 0.3 mm
